Potential fly pollinators identified for berry crops (PH16002)

The 5-year cross-industry project ‘PH16002 Managing Flies for Crop Pollination’ has finished, and some promising fly pollination species have been identified for Australian berry crops. There are more than 20,000 native fly species across Australia, and little is known about their lifecycles. This research looked at five species and all show potential as managed pollinators.
