Australian Protected Cropping Strategy 2021–2030
The Australian Protected Cropping Strategy 2021-2030 (the Strategy) provides horticulture growers and businesses, Hort Innovation and industry stakeholders with a clear direction and priorities for investment in research, development and extension (RD&E) initiatives to benefit vegetable, berry, nursery and tree-fruit value chains. The Strategy underpins activities not typically funded by Hort Innovation that will enable or contribute to PC adoption. Published 2021. The Australian Protected Cropping Strategy 2021-2030 was funded through the project Australian Protected Cropping RD&E Strategy 2030 (AS19005) by the Hort Frontiers Advanced Production Systems Fund, part of the Hort Frontiers strategic partnership initiative developed by Horticulture Innovation Australia (Hort Innovation), with co-investment from the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, Queensland (DAF), and contributions from the Australian Government and the Food Innovation Australia Limited (FIAL). FIAL contributed with funds towards the collaborative work with Strategic Journeys.
