This project will deliver independent, evidence-based mid-term evaluations of seven key industry development and extension projects across almonds, avocados, berries, cherries, summerfruit, and table grapes. Led by GHD, the reviews will assess progress against contracted deliverables and outcomes, providing insights to Hort Innovation, delivery partners, and collaborators to support continuous improvement and future planning.

For growers and industry stakeholders, the findings will help ensure RD&E investments continue to deliver value by identifying opportunities to refine project activities and strengthen monitoring and evaluation. Final reports will be delivered for each project, supporting transparency, accountability, and strategic decision-making across multiple horticultural sectors.
