AMAN LEHL: Lehl Family Farm

Aman grew up farming. After high school, he studied a Bachelor of Applied Science/ Bachelor of Education (Secondary) but never lost his passion for farming and continued to work on the family farm whilst teaching.

The Lehl family has been growing blueberries since 1996. In 2016, they decided to diversify into raspberries and currently have 4.5 hectares under raspberry production. Since they were already growing blueberries and raspberries, blackberries seemed like a natural addition to the farm and so have recently planted one hectare of the blackberry variety ‘Elvira’.

Aman joined the OzGroup board of directors in 2019 as he wants to see the co-op continue to grow and benefit both consumers and farmers in the Northern NSW region.
