Ingrid has worked with agricultural industries for the past 25 years, focussing on sustainability in cropping and horticulture. She worked with horticulture’s industry groups and Hort Innovation to develop the Australian-grown Horticulture Sustainability Framework and is now gathering data for a sustainability report for Australian horticulture and looking at how industry can prepare for the merging market and policy drivers for sustainability credentials.

Over the past 30 years, Ingrid has worked in extension, facilitation, research, agronomy and sustainability with the horticulture, sugar, grains and cotton industries. For the past 10 years, she has worked on key rural industry projects with Roth Rural and partners.

Ingrid is also a cherry grower and has developed a seasonal agritourism aspect to the Mudgee orchard.
